Mike Brewer is passionate about people, technology, and real estate. Mike’s investment in technological advances and education improves the team member experience and elevates customer engagement. He joined RADCO Residential in 2016 and oversees all operations. Mike has received numerous industry honors, including seven “Property Management Company of the Year” awards under his leadership. He is a frequent contributor to industry-related publications, such as Units Magazine, MFE, Multifamily Insiders, PropertyManagement.com, and more. His vlog, The Multifamily Collective, reaches industry professionals across the globe who tune in daily for Mike’s reflections on everything from consumer trends to employee relations, professional growth, and beyond. An avid reader and lifelong learner, Mike has been “out to put a dent in the multifamily universe” for more than 25 years.
Laura Trued is dedicated to building bridges between people and technology in the pursuit of better data and smarter decisions. She joined RADCO in 2015 and oversees innovative strategies, accounting, marketing and revenue management, recovery, and optimization. As a 20+ year industry veteran, Laura has a storied career in multi-family operations and asset management. She founded the LEAD program, an inventive talent acquisition and development platform in partnership with several universities, and previously served on the board of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. Laura is passionate about social justice reform and is an active supporter of the ACLU and All for Lunch, a program designed to eliminate student lunch debt and fight childhood hunger. Laura holds degrees in English and Psychology from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She enjoys travel, comic pop culture, and her two incredible nieces.
Janet is passionate about people development and building meaningful connections. She joined The RADCO Companies in 2013 and plays an instrumental role in driving impactful programs to attract, develop, and engage team members throughout the organization. During her tenure at RADCO, Janet has established some of the company’s lasting engagement programs, such as Caring in Action, Thrive Wellness Program, Radco Cares, and the Social Justice Committee. Her passion for people development extends beyond the company. She is an active volunteer in her local community and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Janet earned her B.B.A. from Georgia State University in Managerial Sciences with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Gail Ruggles is passionate about exceeding the expectations of team members, clients, and business partners. Gail serves RADCO Residential as Senior Vice President of Operations with over 30 years of experience in strategic multifamily operations. She brings extensive knowledge in all facets of property management, third-party relationships, and intelligent asset care across every stage of the property life cycle including lease-ups, renovations, and asset repositioning. Gail is committed to developing team members and supporting their personal and professional success. Gail attended Ball State University and is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association where she served on several committees. Gail is personally devoted to fundraising for the Sarcoma Foundation of America. She enjoys spending time with her family and especially doing activities on the water.
Justin leads RADCO’s strategic plan to initiate and expand third-party owner relationships in the Southeast. With more than a decade in the multifamily sector, Justin has broad success connecting multifamily owners with quality real estate services. He is devoted to understanding client objectives and delivering exceptional value with a demonstrated record of year over year increased market share. Justin graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He is an active member of NAA and NMHC. Justin enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, and relaxing with his wife and four children.
Ashley Jones is known as a leader who does everything with a smile. She approaches every challenge with an innovative and determined spirit. Ashley joined RADCO Residential in 2016 and has been in the multifamily industry for more than twenty years. She takes great pride in building teams and developing those who work with her while delivering above-market success. Ashley earned the CAM designation through NAA. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a double major in business administration and marketing and holds an MBA in Business Administration. Ashley is a dedicated mom and is always ready for the next great adventure.
Briana Gallardo is passionate about accounting and helping others understand how proper financials tell a story about a company or an asset. She is dedicated to building bridges between the onsite and investment management teams and loves to teach new accountants. Briana joined RADCO in 2016 and serves as the Director of Property Accounting, combining her love for accounting and real estate. Briana streamlined the accounting department and leads her team in the transition towards greater automation by embracing the latest technological advances in accounting. Briana contributes to the Ronald McDonald House Charity to help alleviate some of the financial burden faced by families with sick children. She also volunteers at Cobb Christmas and works to keep the holiday spirit alive for kids in need. Briana holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. She enjoys spending time with family, working out, and traveling the world.
David Brooks is dedicated to excellence and true leadership. David has been with RADCO since 2012. In his role as Director, Construction, he oversees all renovation and construction projects. He is committed to delivering superior results and is instrumental in RADCO’s successful execution of its value-add program. David is a seasoned operations professional with more than 30 years in construction and management. His experience includes ground-up residential home building, commercial construction projects, and a decade of heavy equipment operation. David learned the fundamentals of construction from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology. In his free time, David enjoys spending time outdoors and being on the water.
Amber leads with the heart as she works to empower, support, and mentor property teams. She enjoys leaning in to solve problems and overcome challenges. Amber has been a proud member of the RADCO Residential team since 2016 and has been married to the multifamily industry for ten years. Amber has been an integral support through multiple acquisitions and dispositions and prides herself on maintaining ongoing professional relationships with current and former team members. Watching people grow under her leadership gives Amber the greatest sense of accomplishment. Amber’s concern extends beyond work and home to the greater community. She and her family gather can goods, toys, and clothes to take to their local shelter to support families in need. Amber loves being a mother and enjoys spending time with her family.
Donald Hudley, Jr embodies the RADCO core value of flexible while still being a stickler for doing the job right the first time. He has been in the multifamily industry for most of his civilian career and joined RADCO in 2017. Donald’s professional experience makes him an integral RADCO leader with the ability to train new maintenance team members. He recently supported onsite teams with maintenance needs during several multi-state transitions while also overseeing the South Carolina market. Donald earned his HVAC credentials at Lincoln Technical Institute. He served in the infantry of the US Army. Donald coached little league football and basketball for 17 years and participated in coach’s charity basketball games. He and his wife love spending time with their grandchildren. He also plays a mean game of pool.
