Mike Brewer, NALP®, CAM®, ARM®
Executive Vice President

Mike Brewer has been striving to “put a dent in the multifamily universe” for more than 25 years. As an avid reader and lifelong learner, Mike is consistently ahead of the curve, championing new advances in technology that can enhance the customer experience and foster the growth of the multifamily industry’s strongest asset – its people. Mike joined RADCO Residential in 2016, and as Executive Vice President, he oversees all operations, marketing, and revenue for the entire RADCO portfolio. Prior to RADCO, he worked at Mills Properties and Equity Residential, working his way up from a Leasing Consultant to Vice President of Operations. Through his passion for people, technology, and real estate, Mike has received numerous industry honors, including seven “Property Management Company of the Year” awards under his leadership. He is a frequent contributor to industry-related publications, such as Units Magazine, Multifamily Insiders, PropertyManagement.com, and more. His vlog, ApartmentHacker, reaches hundreds of viewers who tune in daily for Mike’s reflections on everything from consumer trends to employee relations to professional growth, and beyond.

Bob Keator
Senior Vice President, Corporate Services

Bob oversees RADCO’s Marketing, Communications, Learning and Development, Human Resources and Technology teams. Bob leads collaborative efforts in Corporate Services to align the company’s Operational vision and plan with execution strategies for growing business efficiencies and profitability. Since 1984, Bob has led Sales, Marketing and Operations efforts for established public companies, major private organizations as well as startups including IKEA and The Melting Pot Restaurants. In multifamily, Bob has held senior level management positions with Equity Residential (EQR), Colonial Properties Trust (CLP), Lane Company (CFLane)and most recently with Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions.

Laura Trued
Vice President, Revenue

Laura Trued oversees RADCO’s ancillary services, innovative strategies, recovery services, revenue optimization and LEAD, RADCO Residential’s property management training program. In addition to being the primary contact for all revenue generating contracts, Laura also plays a key role in the implementation of new technologies across RADCO’s portfolio. With nearly 20 years of multifamily experience, Laura has held various roles, ranging from leasing to leadership to operational training. She has an extensive background in improving underperforming assets through revenue management, operational training, talent development, and the creation of new processes. Laura has previously worked as an Asset Manager and Vice President of Talent Development for RADCO.

Mike Desarno
Executive Vice President, Renovations

Mike has always had a passion for building and using his hands to assemble things. He applies his experience to envision a property’s potential and determine how RADCO can add immediate value through improvements. Before RADCO, Mike began his career in the hospitality industry as a general manager for Darden Restaurants. Later, Mike shifted gears in the construction industry, where he focused on new home production. For 15 years, he worked his way up with NVR, starting as a superintendent and later becoming a project manager. Mike graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech and earned his MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University. He was a two-time member of the Darden Diamond Club, Project Manager of the Year with NVR, and inducted into the Master Builder’s Society.

Regina Denson
Vice President, Corporate Accounting & Treasury

Regina joined RADCO with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. She oversees all accounting functions for RADCO’s corporate divisions, including financial reporting, treasury, accounts payable, and payroll. Regina’s professional career began in the banking industry, where she held roles as a Compliance Officer and Mortgage Accounting Officer. As a Colorado native, she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and her master’s degree in accounting and finance from Regis University. Prior to RADCO, she worked with several Atlanta-based, multifamily and single-family property management companies in various roles as a Controller, Corporate Controller, and Director of Financial Operations. She has experience managing accounting-related departments, including corporate accounting, residential accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and evictions. Regina enjoys traveling and volunteering within the community in her spare time.

Steve Duceatt, CAM®, CAPS®
Director of Maintenance & Facilities

Steve Duceatt joined RADCO Residential in October 2017. As the Director of Maintenance & Facilities, Steve oversees maintenance operations across the entire RADCO portfolio. He is a multifamily professional with 24 years of experience in the industry. Steve began his career as a Maintenance Technician, and through dedication, hard work, and perseverance, he has progressed to national operations positions with several major industry players. Steve is considered an industry expert in facilities and maintenance operations, as well as construction and renovation. He has a passion for leading, developing, and training service teams. He has earned several industry certifications, including CAM, CAPS, Asbestos Class III, CPO and EPA 608 Universal.

Ashley Jones, CAM®
Director of Operations – Oklahoma, Texas

Ashley Jones has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including student housing, lease up of new construction, military housing and conventional assets. She began her career as a part-time leasing consultant at Georgia Southern University, where she graduated with a double major in business administration and marketing. She later continued her career with several other large companies such as Davis Development, JMG Realty, Lincoln Property Company and Cottonwood Residential. Ashley’s strengths include team building through training and development, marketing, rent growth and improving challenging assets. Ashley holds a CAM designation through NAA and has earned a BA and MBA in Business Administration. She is also an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association.

Natalie Sincevich
Director of Operations – Georgia, Tennessee

Natalie Sincevich joined RADCO Residential in May 2018 as the Director of Operations for our Georgia and Tennessee portfolio. After beginning her multifamily career as a Leasing Consultant in 1989, Natalie brings 29 years of experience developing teams as a multi-site leader. She has supported a range of communities, including garden style, mid-rise, high-rise, distressed, and lease-up. Although Natalie has called Atlanta home for the last 10 years, she has worked in a range of markets, including Philadelphia, Florida, and the Midwest. She was born in Chicago and spent most of her formative years in Maryland. Natalie graduated cum laude from Towson State, with degrees in business and marketing. She enjoys guest speaking for residential management programs at universities.

Adam Steinle
Director of Revenue Strategy

Adam Steinle is RADCO Residential’s Director of Revenue Strategy. In this role, he manages the identification and strategic placement of new technologies and systems across the portfolio to position RADCO as an industry leader in multifamily modernization. He also manages all ancillary and recovery services. Adam holds more than five years of experience in property operations, business analytics, and investment management. In his previous role as an Asset Manager for RADCO, he oversaw a portion of the Georgia portfolio.
