Mike Brewer is passionate about people, technology, and real estate. Mike’s investment in technological advances and education improves the team member experience and elevates customer engagement. He joined RADCO Residential in 2016 and oversees all operations. Mike has received numerous industry honors, including seven “Property Management Company of the Year” awards under his leadership. He is a frequent contributor to industry-related publications, such as Units Magazine, MFE, Multifamily Insiders, PropertyManagement.com, and more. His vlog, The Multifamily Collective, reaches industry professionals across the globe who tune in daily for Mike’s reflections on everything from consumer trends to employee relations, professional growth, and beyond. An avid reader and lifelong learner, Mike has been “out to put a dent in the multifamily universe” for more than 25 years.

Gail Ruggles
Senior Vice President Operations

Gail Ruggles is passionate about exceeding the expectations of team members, clients, and business partners. Gail serves RADCO Residential as Senior Vice President of Operations with over 30 years of experience in strategic multifamily operations. She brings extensive knowledge in all facets of property management, third-party relationships, and intelligent asset care across every stage of the property life cycle including lease-ups, renovations, and asset repositioning. Gail is committed to developing team members and supporting their personal and professional success. Gail attended Ball State University and is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association where she served on several committees. Gail is personally devoted to fundraising for the Sarcoma Foundation of America. She enjoys spending time with her family and especially doing activities on the water.

Janet Baildon
Vice President of Talent Management

Janet is passionate about people development and building meaningful connections. She joined The RADCO Companies in 2013 and plays an instrumental role in driving impactful programs to attract, develop, and engage team members throughout the organization. During her tenure at RADCO, Janet has established some of the company’s lasting engagement programs, such as Caring in Action, Thrive Wellness Program, Radco Cares, and the Social Justice Committee. Her passion for people development extends beyond the company. She is an active volunteer in her local community and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Janet earned her B.B.A. from Georgia State University in Managerial Sciences with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Briana Gallardo
Vice President, Property Accounting

Briana Gallardo is passionate about accounting and helping others understand how proper financials tell a story about a company or an asset. She is dedicated to building bridges between the onsite and investment management teams and loves to teach new accountants. Briana joined RADCO in 2016 and serves as the Vice President, Property Accounting, combining her love for accounting and real estate. Briana streamlined the accounting department and leads her team in the transition towards greater automation by embracing the latest technological advances in accounting. Briana contributes to the Ronald McDonald House Charity to help alleviate some of the financial burden faced by families with sick children. She also volunteers at Cobb Christmas and works to keep the holiday spirit alive for kids in need. Briana holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. She enjoys spending time with family, working out, and traveling the world.

Justin leads RADCO’s strategic plan to initiate and expand third-party owner relationships in the Southeast. With more than a decade in the multifamily sector, Justin has broad success connecting multifamily owners with quality real estate services. He is devoted to understanding client objectives and delivering exceptional value with a demonstrated record of year over year increased market share. Justin graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He is an active member of NAA and NMHC. Justin enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, and relaxing with his wife and four children.

Vice President, Client Services

Melissa Croce is dedicated to building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients through honesty, compassion, and a sincere desire to accomplish and surpass professional and personal goals. Melissa joined the RADCO Residential team in June 2022 with fifteen years of experience in the multifamily industry. As a self-proclaimed “Energy Nerd,” Melissa has saved clients millions of dollars through the management of energy, utilities, and creating smart communities. She has a passion for animals and works to help place deaf dogs in loving homes. Melissa has BA degrees in Sociology and Urban Studies from Georgia State University and the University of Georgia. Melissa loves to spend time outside hiking, camping, and being a beach bum whenever possible with her husband, daughter, and beloved Boston Terriers.

David Brooks is dedicated to excellence and true leadership. David has been with RADCO since 2012. In his role as Director, Construction, he oversees all renovation and construction projects. He is committed to delivering superior results and is instrumental in RADCO’s successful execution of its value-add program. David is a seasoned operations professional with more than 30 years in construction and management. His experience includes ground-up residential home building, commercial construction projects, and a decade of heavy equipment operation. David learned the fundamentals of construction from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology. In his free time, David enjoys spending time outdoors and being on the water.

Senior Director, Marketing

Travis Block is a seasoned marketing leader with a passion for branding, digital marketing, customer experience, and innovation within the real estate space. With more than twelve years in this industry, he’s coined himself as the “Multifamily Marketing Geek”. Travis joined RADCO Residential in 2023. He leads the marketing team and oversees all marketing efforts for RADCO. Travis played integral roles in building and growing multifamily brands. His biggest accomplishment to date includes the creation of a National Brand Strategy for a private REIT with 30,000 units and reaching over 60,000 residents coast-to-coast. As a member of the Multifamily Q Space, Travis pushes to be a voice and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community within the multifamily sector. He’s an avid hiker and craft beer enthusiast. He loves exploring his home state of Colorado with his partner and two dogs Aspen & Breck.

Caryn Backus leads the RADCO systems, CPU, and revenue management teams with a collaborative style. She enjoys supporting RADCO’s onsite and corporate teams to meet shared goals. Caryn joined RADCO Residential in 2022. Her history of working with public REITs and third-party multifamily management companies provided Caryn with the ideal skills for her work at RADCO. Caryn’s deep grasp of the many complex operational roles gives her a well-rounded understanding of how systems impact and improve overall operations. Caryn is proud to manage a team of professionals who provide a wealth of knowledge and experience. Caryn is proud to be involved with Girl Scouts serving many roles, including Troop Leader. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Jerrico joined RADCO in 2022 as an experienced property operations professional with over seventeen years in the multifamily industry. In his role as Senior Regional Manager, Jerrico supports, mentors, trains, and onboards new Regional Managers. He is a proactive problem solver and constantly seeks innovative solutions to improve processes, streamline operations, and elevate customer services. Jerrico earned AA in Education at Georgia State University and attended Morehouse College in pursuit of BBA in Business Management. He is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association’s DEI Committee. In his free time, Jerrico enjoys traveling, going to the theatre, listening to music of various genres, and spending time with family and friends.

Area Manager

Lolita James’ passion for improving the lives of others fuels her leadership style and strong customer service ethos. Lolita joined RADCO Residential with more than 22 years of property management experience. She served as a coach for RADCO’s LEAD program that trained and developed college graduates to become property managers. Lolita is a lifelong learner and completed certifications for both LIHTC and PBRA programs. Lolita attended the Tuskegee Institute and studied Business Administration. She devotes her time and service to Caring for Others, a social organization dedicated to giving a voice to the faces of poverty. In her free time, Lolita loves reading mysteries and enjoys spending time with her family.

Senior Regional Maintenance Manager

Jason Hill is enthusiastic about serving team members, residents, and communities, ensuring we deliver on our brand promise to build better living at all RADCO Residential managed communities. In his role as Senior Regional Maintenance Manager, Jason oversees a team of regional and floating maintenance team members and provides support and training to on-site maintenance team members. Jason joined RADCO Residential in 2022, with more than twenty years’ experience in the multifamily and HVAC industries. He has played an instrumental role in creating and implementing policies and procedures as it pertains to maintenance operations for several start-up, owned, and managed companies. Jason received his HVAC certification from the Mechanical Trade Institute in Atlanta, GA and is also a Certified EPA Proctor. Jason enjoys playing golf and vacationing near the water.

Donald Hudley, Jr
Regional Maintenance Manager

Donald Hudley, Jr embodies the RADCO core value of flexible while still being a stickler for doing the job right the first time. He has been in the multifamily industry for most of his civilian career and joined RADCO in 2017. Donald’s professional experience makes him an integral RADCO leader with the ability to train new maintenance team members. He recently supported onsite teams with maintenance needs during several multi-state transitions while also overseeing the South Carolina market. Donald earned his HVAC credentials at Lincoln Technical Institute. He served in the infantry of the US Army. Donald coached little league football and basketball for 17 years and participated in coach’s charity basketball games. He and his wife love spending time with their grandchildren. He also plays a mean game of pool.
