Chief Operating Officer

Mike Brewer is passionate about people, technology, and real estate. Mike’s investment in technological advances and education improves the team member experience and elevates customer engagement. He joined RADCO Residential in 2016 and oversees all operations. Mike has received numerous industry honors, including seven “Property Management Company of the Year” awards under his leadership. He is a frequent contributor to industry-related publications, such as Units Magazine, MFE, Multifamily Insiders, PropertyManagement.com, and more. His vlog, The Multifamily Collective, reaches industry professionals across the globe who tune in daily for Mike’s reflections on everything from consumer trends to employee relations, professional growth, and beyond. An avid reader and lifelong learner, Mike has been “out to put a dent in the multifamily universe” for more than 25 years.

Laura Trued
Senior Vice President of Insight & Innovation

Laura Trued is dedicated to building bridges between people and technology in the pursuit of better data and smarter decisions. She joined RADCO in 2015 and oversees innovative strategies, accounting, marketing and revenue management, recovery, and optimization. As a 20+ year industry veteran, Laura has a storied career in multi-family operations and asset management. She founded the LEAD program, an inventive talent acquisition and development platform in partnership with several universities, and previously served on the board of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. Laura is passionate about social justice reform and is an active supporter of the ACLU and All for Lunch, a program designed to eliminate student lunch debt and fight childhood hunger. Laura holds degrees in English and Psychology from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She enjoys travel, comic pop culture, and her two incredible nieces.

Janet Baildon
Vice President of Talent Management

Janet is passionate about people development and building meaningful connections. She joined The RADCO Companies in 2013 as the Director of Human Resources and plays an instrumental role in driving impactful programs to attract, develop, and engage team members throughout the organization. During her tenure at RADCO, Janet has established some of the company’s lasting initiatives, such as Caring in Action, Thrive Wellness, Radco Cares, and the Social Justice Committee. Her passion for people development extends beyond the company. She is an active volunteer in her local community, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves on the board at The Cobb Community Foundation to help connect donors who care with causes that matter. Janet earned her B.B.A. from Georgia State University in Managerial Sciences with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Justin Jasper
Vice President of Client Services

Justin leads RADCO’s strategic plan to initiate and expand third-party owner relationships in the Southeast. With more than a decade in the multifamily sector, Justin has broad success connecting multifamily owners with quality real estate services. He is devoted to understanding client objectives and delivering exceptional value with a demonstrated record of year over year increased market share. Justin graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He is an active member of NAA and NMHC. Justin enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, and relaxing with his wife and four children.

Director of Operations

Ashley Jones is known as a leader who does everything with a smile. She approaches every challenge with an innovative and determined spirit. Ashley joined RADCO Residential in 2016 and has been in the multifamily industry for more than twenty years. She takes great pride in building teams and developing those who work with her while delivering above-market success. Ashley earned the CAM designation through NAA. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a double major in business administration and marketing and holds an MBA in Business Administration. Ashley is a dedicated mom and is always ready for the next great adventure.

Adam Steinle
Director of Business Systems

Adam Steinle leads with a servant mentality. His interest in trends, technology, and efficiencies is rooted in generating the best possible customer experience for external and internal clients. Adam joined RADCO in 2015 and currently oversees business systems, ancillary revenue, and the centralization team. Throughout his multifamily career, Adam engaged in many interesting roles and projects. He was a founder of the Bakken Apartment Association in North Dakota and currently is driving RADCO’s centralization and automation initiatives. Adam contributes to the Wounded Warrior Project and assists with data analysis for Melwood Veterans Services in support of the mental health of those who served our country. Adam holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Siena Heights University. He enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and seeks to learn something new every day.

Briana Gallardo
Director of Property Accounting

Briana Gallardo is passionate about accounting and helping others understand how proper financials tell a story about a company or an asset. She is dedicated to building bridges between the onsite and investment management teams and loves to teach new accountants. Briana joined RADCO in 2016 and serves as the Director of Property Accounting, combining her love for accounting and real estate. Briana streamlined the accounting department and leads her team in the transition towards greater automation by embracing the latest technological advances in accounting. Briana contributes to the Ronald McDonald House Charity to help alleviate some of the financial burden faced by families with sick children. She also volunteers at Cobb Christmas and works to keep the holiday spirit alive for kids in need. Briana holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. She enjoys spending time with family, working out, and traveling the world.

Erica Fuller
Regional Manager

Erica Fuller finds great joy in providing support to team members, customers, and business partners. She joined RADCO in 2016 after first discovering property management in 2005. Erica’s willingness to tackle the toughest challenges makes her the go-to solution for properties in transition. Erica is a CPM candidate through IREM. She is an avid learner, graduated from Oral Roberts University, and is currently pursuing her master’s degree. Erica loves family vacations, singing, and her two adorable fur-kids.
